• #3 The Wiki home page acknowledges the ‘Vector Command’ identity.

Performed global find-and-replace across 25+ wiki pages. Updated phalanxduel.com links from stale paths (/rules/, /how-to-play/) to correct /learn/ subdirectories. Synchronized terminology by replacing ‘Tutorial’ with ‘Briefing’. Updated Home.md to acknowledge the ‘Vector Command’ identity.
