Analytical Mastery
The master player does not just predict the outcome; they optimize it. Mastery in Phalanx Duel is about managing resource efficiency and quantifying risk before the first card is played.
1. Damage Efficiency: The LP/Atk Ratio
Every attack represents a resource expenditure. Mastery requires you to track your Damage Efficiency—the ratio of LP damage dealt to the attack value committed.
- High efficiency breaches the column cleanly.
-
Low efficiency signifies “waste” that can be turned against you by an observant opponent.

2. Stability Analysis: Ace Protection
Understanding when your core defensive structures are “stable” is key. The Engine Trace and Tactical Briefing provide real-time status on Ace Protection. Mastery is knowing when your defensive formation is immune to destruction, allowing for more aggressive board positioning.
3. The Path to Optimization
The simulation environment is not just for viewing outcomes; it is a laboratory for tactical refinement. By iterating in the Combat Lab, you can identify patterns that minimize your exposure while maximizing your offensive pressure.
