Phalanx Duel v1.4.0 uses a Glicko-2 ratings system for public-lobby competition. Matchmaking remains Beta while the player population and balance evidence grow.
No. Jokers are excluded from the v1.4.0 competitive rules. Optional expansion concepts remain outside the proved 52-card domain.
