Description

Create the ProgressionManager module to orchestrate the player’s journey through tutorial phases by managing tutorial state and dynamically toggling the PedagogicalAdapter behavior.

Acceptance Criteria

• #1 Implement a singleton ProgressionManager.
• #2 Enable state persistence for current training step.
• #3 Provide a hook to toggle between Beginner/Mastery adapters.

Definition of Done

• #1 The a11y is run agains the site and all claims are verified against the official rules and guidlines for Phalanx Duel
